These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from the webstore operated by MBM Advertising LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This webstore is intended for the exclusive use of eligible student members of IEEE and other individuals expressly authorized by IEEE.

1. Products and Availability

All products offered through this website are custom-produced graduation regalia, including stoles and honor cords. Bearing the official branding of IEEE, products are produced specifically for the purchaser and are not stocked for resale.

2. All Sales Final

All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted, except as expressly stated in Section 3 below.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Returns or replacements will be considered only in the event that an item:

• Arrives damaged, or
• Contains a verified manufacturing defect

Claims must meet all of the following conditions:

• The issue must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of delivery
• Proof of damage or defect must be provided, including photographs
• The claim must be submitted using the website’s Contact Us form

Claims submitted after seven (7) calendar days or without adequate documentation may not be accepted.

4. Ordering and Shipping Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to place orders well in advance of their graduation or required event date to allow sufficient time for production and shipping.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping information provided by the purchaser, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, labor disruptions, carrier service interruptions, or governmental actions.

5. Order Processing and Shipping Timeline

Orders are typically processed and shipped within two (2) business days of receipt, provided that:

• The order is successfully completed before 2:00 PM ET
• Payment is successfully completed
• All order and shipping information is accurate and complete

Business days do not include weekends or recognized holidays.

6. Accuracy of Information

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that all order details, including shipping address and contact information, are accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MBM Advertising or IEEE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products, including but not limited to shipping delays or missed event dates.

MBM Advertising LLC is an independent service provider and is not responsible for policies, eligibility determinations, or event scheduling decisions made by IEEE.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
